Welcome! I am glad you are here. My name is Dr. Alexandria Ambrose (she/her). I offer individual online therapy for adult (18+) women, transgender individuals, and non-binary individuals coping with chronic illness/medical diagnoses, trauma recovery, grief and loss, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating concerns. I also offer couples online therapy for those facing relationship concerns at any stage. All sessions are virtual.
