Fees

• Individual therapy 53 minute session $170
• Couples therapy 53 minute session $180
• Gender-affirming care intake assessment/evaluation 90 minute session $250

I take insurance in some cases (see below for details). I can also provide what’s called a “superbill” to you. A “superbill” is a monthly invoice indicating sessions you have already paid for, and this can be sent to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note reimbursement is not guaranteed, and I recommend contacting your health insurance prior to beginning treatment.

In alignment with the No Surprises Act of 2022, I provide Good Faith Estimates of what treatment fees would look like. I also offer limited reduced rate sessions, although there may be a waitlist for these sessions. If you have questions about fees, please do not hesitate to contact me.

For Colorado residents:

If you live in Colorado, I accept a variety of major insurances (Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Friday Health Plans, Kaiser, Optum, Oscar Health Plan, TriWest, United) through a third party billing website called SonderMind. If we determine you want to use insurance, I will walk you through how to create a profile (it’s easy and free) Please contact me to verify your benefits if you are interested in using insurance for services.
